Production for all plushies will begin right after the pre-order period closes on August 1st. This ensures we produce the exact number of plushies ordered during the campaign.

Delivery

Shipping will take 1-2 weeks depending on your location and sometimes 3 weeks if you are in a rural area.

Returns

All orders are final and non-refundable, except in the event that a Campaign fails to meet its funding goal. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days.
