What is the "Trump Tariff fee" at the checkout?

Sadly due to Trump's reciprocal tariff being 145% and regulation for orders under $800 being exempt no longer exists, we have decided to put a $5 "Trump Tariff Fee" at checkout for shipments going to US.

We hope this is only temporary and if by the time your pre-order product ships and the tariff is no longer there you will receive the $5 back as a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Pre-orders and Petitions

How does a petition work?

What is a petition? Making a petition means you pay $2.00 now to show your support for the product. If the petition reaches its goal and the product moves to production, we’ll charge you the remaining $30 per plushie when it officially launches. The final price is $32 per plushie, but since you petitioned early with $2, you’ll only pay $30 later 

Important: One petition = one commitment to a plushie.

For example:
1 petition = $2 now, $30 later 
3 petitions = $6 now, $90 later (for 3 plushies)
If the petition doesn’t reach its goal, you’ll get a full refund within 7 business days.

Once the pre-order starts you will receive a email including the invoice to pay for the remaining amount for the plushie and to fill out shipping details.

 

Reservation Deposit Policy:

By placing a $2 pledge for a petition, you are securing a reservation for a future pre-order item associated with that campaign. This $2 pledge serves as a non-refundable deposit and confirms your commitment to purchase the final product when it becomes available. The remaining balance will be collected during the pre-order phase. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you choose not to complete the final payment. This policy ensures we can accurately gauge interest and reserve stock accordingly.

 

When does the pre-order start?

Pre-order will start once the prototype of the product has finished. It could take up to 1-2 months, as soon as the prototype is done we will start the pre-order campaign.

 

How does a pre-order work?

Pre-order product will only be produced if goal is reached within certain time limit. All sales are final and non-refundable. If a Campaign does not reach its funding goal within pre-order period, all orders will be refunded within 2-7 business days.

 

When do you start shipping the pre-orders?

Shipping usually starts after 1-3 month after the pre-order ends once the production of the product is done. 

 

Shipping and Delivery 

How long is the shipping time? 

1-2 Weeks for most places and 3-4 weeks for more rural areas.

Is it worldwide shipping? 

Yep! we ship worldwide!

Will I be charged customs and import fees?

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, which can cause a delay in delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. We are very sorry but, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer, aka customer) responsible for these fees.

My order was returned, what do I do? 

An order may be returned to us if the shipping address is invalid or if no one was available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements to resend the package. Please note that if the package is not claimed within 28 days, we will be unable to resend it.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final and non-refundable. If a Campaign does not reach its funding goal within pre-order period, all orders will be refunded within 2-7 business days.
