Will I be charged customs and import fees?

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, which can cause a delay in delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. We are very sorry but, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer, aka customer) responsible for these fees.

My order was returned, what do I do? 

An order may be returned to us if the shipping address is invalid or if no one was available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements to resend the package. Please note that if the package is not claimed within 28 days, we will be unable to resend it.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we do offer them for poor quality of print or if the product does not match the photo shown on our website. For more information, please refer to our refund policy, which can be found here: [link].

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final and non-refundable. If a Campaign does not reach its funding goal within pre-order period, all orders will be refunded within 2-7 business days.
