All Plushies will be shipped 2-3 months after the pre-order has ended, T-shirts will be 1-2 months.

Delivery

Shipping will take 1-2 weeks depending on your location and sometimes 3 weeks if you are in a rural area.

Returns

All orders are final and non-refundable, except in the event that a Campaign fails to meet its funding goal. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days. 1. Wash the garment inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
2. Use a mild detergent and avoid using bleach or fabric softener.
3. Hang or lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on a low heat setting.
4. Do not iron the printed area directly, as this can cause the ink to crack or peel. Instead, turn the garment inside out and iron on the reverse side, or use a press cloth to protect the printed area.

It's important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of the print. Avoiding high heat and using a mild detergent will help prevent the ink from fading or bleeding over time.

Additionally, it's a good idea to avoid washing the garment with other items that may rub against the print, as this can cause damage to the ink. If you do need to wash the garment with other items, consider using a mesh laundry bag to protect the print.
