Shipping will take 1-2 weeks depending on your location and sometimes 3 weeks if you are in a rural area.

Returns

All orders are final and non-refundable, except in the event that a Campaign fails to meet its funding goal. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days. 1. Welcome Home Massage

Your plushie might be a bit squished from its journey. Give it a gentle massage to fluff it up:

• Hold it gently and give it a good kneading.
• Pay extra attention to the head and limbs to make them nice and round.

2. Cleaning Tips

Surface Cleaning:

• Use a damp cloth with a little mild soap to spot clean.
• Blot with a clean towel to dry.

Machine Washing:

• Pop your plushie in a mesh bag or pillowcase.
• Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

3. Ongoing Care

• Keep it away from pets to avoid damage.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Give it a shake and fluff regularly to keep it soft and huggable.
